Mostly done by CDMusic, I finished different things for him and adding a few of my own. (ft. background in 1st half by Mercury)

Things I did:
- half of the air deco in the 1st half, also orb deco in the 1st half
- did the section in the fake route at the top
- did majority of the blocks in the 2nd half (there were like 3 finished blocks before I came in)
- pulses in the 2nd half
- those rotating things in the 2nd half
- improved the transition pulses between the 1st and 2nd halves
- those glow things that pulse inside the black segments of the blocks in the 2nd half
