What should I do?
Go in for the prenatal exams. Do all the tests, even when they are uncomfortable.
What else should I be looking for?
Significant weight loss is a sign that something is wrong. Dramatic weight gain could be a sign of a health problem.
Or it is a sign I'm eating for two.
The kid is the size of a walnut or some other fruit. You are at most eating for 1.2, and gaining more than fifty pounds before the ninth month is a bad sign.
