Welcome to Sansum Clinic’s Stress Management Video Series with Jay Winner, MD, FAAFP. Dr. Winner has been a family physician with Sansum Clinic for over 30 years. He founded the clinic’s Stress Reduction Program in 1992 and authored the book “Relaxation On The Run.” Over the years, he has taught stress reduction techniques to a wide variety of groups, including health professionals.
