Opening a roadside peach stand seemed like a crazy idea at the time, since most people thought the business model was long dead. Opening 100 roadside peach stands with over 200 workers across 3 states seemed like an insane idea--but that's exactly what she did. And now, a decade later, she is still doing it. Today her son, Finn, who grew up selling peaches, is her business partner and together, they teach students how to earn college tuition over the summer by selling peaches.
