2 Skill Transformation for Legacy Machinist has been one of the main questions by Legacy players. 1771 specialty used to be the threshold needed for 2 skill and with the new update, there is a new threshold that can be done for 2 skill transformation. It is however not recommended as one of the skill cooldown is increased.
