The Outer Banks North Carolina or OBX as every else knows it is not only the birthplace of flight, thanks to the Wright Brothers but also the birthplace of vacation and sport fishing. During our time in North Carolina we learned how to fly, ran up sand dunes, swam in the ocean, drank local beers at the lost colony brewery, and did some deep sea fishing. What else could make a vacation destination better than a perfect dessert. See why we think Duck Donuts will put anyone in the hospital.. and not because they're unhealthy, but because you'll be heart broken when you can't have any more. If you're in the outer bank nc be sure to visit Cape Hatteras to see the birthplace of sport fishing and take a trip on the albatross fleet. Lastly, you must learn to hang glide on the same sand dunes that the Wright Brothers learned on. And the final destination you must visit is the Bodie island lighthouse.
