Turning in hardened material can be a challenge, it is important to have inserts that can withstand the wearing. Therefore, we have now developed a new CBN insert for this – KBN020. With a newly developed structure and the Megacoat Tough coating, it can handle both continuous and intermittent processing with hard-to-match results. Process stably with up to 50% longer tool life compared to competing inserts.
