We show viewers how to make an insulated warm cat house for stray cats that can withstand temperatures as low as -40°. The cat house is made from durable materials that are not only warm and comfortable for cats but also create a safe environment for them to stay in. To start the project, we begin by building the frame of the shelter using wooden planks cut to size.

Once the frame is built, we add insulation to ensure that the interior of the shelter efficiently retains heat. Next, we begin constructing the walls out of plywood. We use heavy-duty glue to bond the pieces together and fill in any gaps with caulk. To complete the build, we cover the walls with carpet to provide a warm and cozy environment for the cats.

Additionally, we’ve installed a small door at the front of the shelter that can be opened and closed as needed. Finally, we’ve added some small treats and toys to enhance the experience for the cats.
