Ingredients required to make afghani chicken curry recipe

To make afghani chicken paste we need
1) Onion chopped 1
2) Handful of mint leaves
3) Handful of Coriander leaves
4) Cashew nuts 10
5) Green chilli 3
6) Garlic cloves 10
7) Ginger small piece
8) Water ¼ tsp
9) Curd Half-Cup
10) Fresh cream Half-Cup
11) Black pepper crust Half-Tsp
12) Lemon juice 1-Tsp
13) Salt 1-Tsp
14) Chicken masala 1-Tsp
15) Coriander cumin powder 1-Tsp
Mix them all well then add
16) Chicken Half Kg
Mix chicken well in paste
Then Marinate for 2 hours.

Roast the chicken on pan
Take out chicken from paste and roast it and keep the paste side (we use later)
17) Butter 2 Cubes
18) Oil 1-TBsp
Roast it from medium to high flame till u get nice brown spots
To make gravy will add
19) add butter 2 cubes and Oil 1-TBsp
20) Green cardamom 2
21) small Piece of cinnamon
22) Cloves 4
23) whole black pepper 6
Add paste that we kept side
Cook it from low to medium flame for 5 to 6 min
Add roasted chicken
24) Kasuri methi(dried fenugreek leaves) 1-Tsp
Adjust the thickness of gravy by adding water i use 1-Cup of water
Cook it in low flame for 10 min
Done ready to serve Ganesh with friend green chilli or mint leaves,coriander leaves
Ready to serve afghani chicken
With rice, roti or bread
