Sarvangasana sequence: Starting with the shoulder stand (Sarvangasana), and slowly transitioning to the candle posture (niralamba sarvangasana); from candle back to shoulder stand and then into the plough posture (halasana). Then following the steps transitioning into the plough (halasana) and then from halasana into the snail (Karnapidasana).
From Karnapidasana back into the halasana and then into the saravang asana. From sarvang transitioned into the setubandasana, the bridge pose and then into the chakraasana, the wheel posture.
Ending the posture by giving the counter stretch to the neck in matsyasana, the fish posture.
Order of the asanas followed (starting and ending the sequence with Savasana):
1) Sarvangasana
2) Niralambda sarvangasana
3) Halasana
4) Karnapidasana
5) Back to Halasana
6) Back to Sarvangasana
7) Setubandasana
8) Chakrasana
9) Matsyasana
