Puff pastry 400g
Fresh strawberries 100g
Filling. (Please make half the recipe for 9 danishes,or use 800g of puff pastry)
Cream cheese 200g
Egg 01
Vanilla 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Flour 1 tbsp
*Optional: Sour cream 1 tbsp
• Bake at 190 for 20 - 30 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
• Brush the tops with strawberry jam or drizzle melted white chocolate
