Depressed shoulders is a common postural issue that is seen in today's society due to things like people sitting at an office desk for 8 hours or more a day. In this video, I explain some of the implications that 'depressed shoulders' can have in terms of a postural and performance point of view. As the video goes on, I explain some tips for coaches, trainers and athletes when it comes to prescribing certain exercises in the gym. Lastly, towards the end of the video, I give some exercise recommendations that don't add to the dysfunction of depressed shoulders and still strengthen the overall body.
