Today I show you the differences between NTSC and PAL as quickly as possible. These two settings are where you will determine what frame rate you'll be filming your videos at. I always shoot in 25fps but if your lighting systems in your country are at 60Hz, you might need to shoot in 24, 30 or 60fps...and there NTSC and PAL switch is where you can change this.
NTSC stands for National Television Standard Committee
PAL stands for Phase Alternating Line
