With about 600 miles on the car since installing the @borla axle-back exhaust, it’s fully broken in now and has mellowed out a lot. I was unsure if I would keep this setup as it was very loud initially, but in my experience, Borla exhausts mellow significantly with burn in and this one definitely did.

Some of the boominess around 2,200-2,750 rpms has improved but it’s still there a bit - just not as loud as it was before. No done on the highway under 75-80mph, but a little drone above those speeds.

For day to day driving, it’s reasonably loud, but I have to say the cracks and burbles from this exhaust at WOT and downshifts are absolutely intoxicating and worth the extra noise when you’re driving like a sane person 😬
