This was at the DMV in Woodstock Illinois. Local police and state police were called cause I was exercising my rights.The Sgt threatened me with arrest,and state Police barred me from the entire state of Illinois.(which is extremely illegal)I went to the police department and filed a complaint with Deputy Chief Pritchard.
