Chicken Adobo sa Atsuete | Adobong Manok na Pula
Ingredients:
1. Chicken Marinade
950 grams - fresh chicken
1/3 cup - garlic
1 tsp - peppercorns
2 pcs - bay leaves
1 tbsp - fish sauce
6 tbsp - vinegar
2. Annatto| Achuete Mix
1/4 cup - water
1 tsp - achuete powder
3. Saute | Simmer
2 tbsp - olive oil
***marinated chicken + aromatics
***marinade liquid
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
1 tsp - sugar
1/2 tsp - chicken powder
1 tbsp - Achuete mix
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
1 cup - shallots| onions
1pc - green chili
5 pcs - spicy chili for garnish
Cooking Time: approximately 40 minutes
