Alright quick tip, when you’re doing rope tricep pushdowns, don’t grab onto the top of the rope, cuz this causes you to use more of your chest and shoulders, since you’re leaning over the rope to push the weight straight down. Instead, grab onto the bottom of the rope, then retract your scapula by rolling your shoulders back and think of pulling the weight out behind you rather than pushing it forward.
