TUDEC Shares Meat to Hundreds To Ghanaian During Eid-Al-Adha

TUDEC Development Centre (TUDEC), a non-profit organization as part of it's social responsibility and yearly humanitarian work towards the celebration of Eid-Al-Adha, have supply cow meat to thousands of Ghanaian needy in Accra.

TUDEC slaughtered about 480 cows which was not only done in Accra but, extended to Kumasi, Cape Coast, Tamale Takoradi and it's surroundings.

It is a practice of Muslims across the globe to show compassion and good neighborliness, by slaughtered cows according to the Islamic tradition, and share it with all and sundry. The festival ensures that even those who can't afford meat get plenty of it at least, once a year.

Over the years, TUDEC Development Centre has engaged in various humanitarian activities across the country. The Association is said to build on the principle of love, tolerance and peaceful co-existence.

The sharing of the meat by TUDEC was done in collaboration with Time to Help e. V, a non-profit organization base in Germany.

The recipients of the meat, expresses appreciations to TUDEC and partners for their yearly support to the needy irrespective of religion and tribe and encourage the organizers to continue reaching out to others.
The Principal of Galaxy International school (Preschool and Primary section), Mr. Mustafa Kaya in an interview said, TUDEC in every year give support to the needy as the Holly Koran tells them to do hence, the sharing of the meat.

He pointed out that, giving is one of the important aspect of religion that Allah cherished most and therefore, always aboundantly blessed the giver.

He disclosed that, TUDEC donations was not only meant for Muslims alone but also, share food to Christians during Christmas festivities as well and called on others to equally support the needy in Ghana.
