Before taking part in this event, you must have completed the requirements seen below:

*Reach Adventure Rank 20 or above
*Complete the Archon Quest "For a Tomorrow Without Tears"
*Complete Albedo's Story Quest "Traveler Observation Report"
*Complete Joel's "Lost in the Snow" Quest
