Universal multi-pole breaker lockout devices are easy to use, as illustrated in this video. Once the circuit breaker is in the off position, place the multi-pole lockout device on the circuit breaker tie bar assembly. Then, rotate the device's thumb wheel to secure and attach the padlock and worker's tag. It's that simple.
