She yells at Malhar Rao for not understanding Khanderao's behavior and mindset. She requests him to tackle Khanderao with love and care and not with any punishments. Malhar Rao asks Ahilya if she too takes him wrongly. Gautama Bai tells her to think not as Malhar Rao's daughter but as a wife. Ahilya then, explains to tackle it calmly and not with aggression.
