We are picking up the pace a bit in this workout to False Alarm. The beat, a snap sound, is consistent but also includes a break after the 7th set. Sometimes switching between exercises can feel (or look) rushed so a break in the song allows for you to reset and in this case, focus on a strong finish 💪.
Three of the four exercises sync up with a two count but this can also be a modification for the incline spider push-ups. If you like the song but want to swap in other exercises, DO IT!!!
