Panther Creek Falls is a perfect North Georgia day hike to discover some great waterfalls in North Georgia. it is a 7 mile mile, aggressive hike in and back, but well worth the effort. There are several places to camp if you want to brave hiking in and camping near a major trailhead. There is a lot of traffic of people coming in at random times. Make sure you bring a lot of water and wear proper clothing, or this hike can suck quickly.
