China is again accusing the U.S. of abusing allegations of national security to impose unfair restrictions on Chinese firms. The Foreign Ministry statement comes amid reports that Washington is about to add Chinese chipmaker SMIC and oil and gas producer Cnooc to a defense blacklist.
