The Israeli occupation forces close the Salaymeh checkpoint, which is the main entrance for many citizens of the neighborhood.
As a collective punishment procedure, The IOF close the checkpoint after some children threw stones at the checkpoint, as many families were waiting their children to get back to their homes , they entered the gate of the checkpoint as it was slightly open.
However, this made the soldiers more ferocious and they harassed everyone and pushed people out of the area with their children.
Unfortunately, this is happening On a daily basis, IOF shooting teargas canisters, stun grenade and close the checkpoint towards students, schools and the local community of the neighborhood claiming its a way of self defense.
