I believe in splurging on an expensive product, if it proves to be different and has longevity. I have had great success with my past Dyson purchases, and found that although they are insanely pricey compared to their competitors, they really are the BEST products on the market. The Supersonic dryer and Airwrap are wonderful products that have not only save me time, but made my hair healthier over the course of using them (which is SO important!). But the straightener was less than spectacular in my opinion... I also just hate straighteners now that I am hooked on the Dyson Airwrap.
