This is a 35 minute full body yoga conditioning sequence. Part 5 of the Strong Body, Calm Mind series of classes. This series focuses on building strength utilising body weight and gravity. Some classes in the series feature longer holds, slow, conscious movement and other classes, like this one, explore a quicker pace and more progressions to some of the sequences we've explored previously. No props required.
