This homemade dried pickle is best enjoyed as a side dish with any meal, whether it’s mid-day, dinner, or even breakfast. It serves as an appetizer, awakening your taste buds, especially if you find your meal plain and boring. The pickle offers a delightful combination of crunchiness, spiciness, and sourness. It pairs well with rice, fried rice, pulao, or biryani. And, of course, it can also be served with various flatbread varieties.
Ingredients:
100g Soya Chunks (good quality), soaked in hot water, rinsed thoroughly & squeezed dry
Oil to deep fry Soya chunks until crunchy
25-30g Peanut roasted
Salt or Black Salt as per taste
Fresh Green Chilies as required
Fresh Ginger just a small portion (around 1/4th tsp)
4-5 cloves Garlic (optional)
2tbsp Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice
