Black Channa / Chickpeas - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Onion paste - 3 (medium size) grind into a smooth paste
Tomato purée - 2 (medium size)
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Cardamom - 1
Kalpasi - a small piece
Green chilli - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Coriander powder- 2 tablespoons
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
