Carrot Pancake🥕🥞

1/2 cup grated Carrot
1/2 Apple sauce
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 cup Milk
1/3 cup quick Oats
1/3 cup Flour

Combine ingredients into a bowl and mix. If the consistency is too runny add more flour. Spoon about 3-4 tbsp of pancake batter on a nonstick skillet. Cook eachside for 2-3 minutes and serve!
