This is an comparison of the 2013 Doctor Who anniversary special "An Adventure in Space and Time", which focuses on a dramatised version of events surrounding the creation of Doctor Who in the 1960s, with emphasis on actor William Hartnell, as he took on the role of the original incarnation of the show's main character, the Doctor.

Near the end of this special, the current doctor at the time makes a cameo looks at the First Doctor's character and the controll room before disapeearing.

In the original 2013 version, it was Matt Smith, who portrayed the Eleventh Doctor. For the 2023 version, it was Ncuti Gatwa, who will potray the upcoming Fifteenth Doctor. Enjoy!
