Is this the worst breakfast for weight loss? are Oats actually bad for you?

Or maybe you prefer a bowl of oats to start of your day?
Either way, they're both completely fine to eat for breakfast and still lose weight.
As long as you're eating something that you enjoy and it keeps you in a calorie deficit, you'll lose fat.
📈 Yes, a bowl of oats will spike your insulin more than boiled eggs as carbs tend to spike our insulin.
But that's completely normal and doesn't need to be avoided, unless you have a medical condition such as diabetes.
🍳 Eggs are great, they're full of protein and healthy fats.
🤷♀️ But so are oats, they're filling and tend to be pretty low calorie.
Both are tasty, versatile breakfast options.
🤔 So really it comes down to preference.
As long as you're in a calorie deficit, it doesn't matter what you eat, you will lose weight.
🍞 But if you're worried about your blood sugar levels spiking, why not try a more balanced breakfast that includes a source of protein, fat and carbs.
That way you'll be satiated and satisfied that your blood sugar levels aren't spiking as much.
Maybe eggs on oats is the new eggs on toast? 😂
