It's been a long time coming, but the Timemore Sculptor 78s grinder reached my doorstep last year around October. Last year, around March (2023) I backed Timemores Kickstarter for this grinder, and for what it is, I got it for a hell of a deal, with one caveat... I had to wait about a year to receive it 💘 but alas! Here it is! And after some seasoning and a bit of dialling in, I managed to get some delicious shots. In comparison to what I was using before, the workflow and quality from this grinder is luxurious and efficient, making for a much more enjoyable prep. Many thanks to @timemoreproducts for this sweet grinder and lovely piece of design.
