Japchae is a savory and slightly sweet dish of stir-fried glass noodles and vegetables that is popular in Korean cuisine.

Japchae - Korean Glass Noodles
INGREDIENTS-
Sauce -
Water - 1/2 cup
Dark Soy Sauce- 1 1/2tbsp
Light Soy Sauce- 1tbsp
Crushed Garlic - 1tbsp
Sugar - 2tbsp
Neutral Oil - 1/2tbsp
1. Mix it all together.
Glass Noodles - 150 g blanched in hot water for 3 minutes, once boiled pour oil 1tbsp and sauce 1tbsp.
Japchae-
Yellow Paprika - Half
Red Paprika - Half
Capsicum - Half
Onion - Medium Sized
Button Mushroom - 1/2 cup
Shitake Mushroom - 1/3 cup
Sesame Seeds
Green Onion - 1/2 cup
1. Pour oil onto a pan, add salt and saute the veggies for 5 minutes on medium flame.
2. After that add glass noodles and pour the sauce over them.
3. Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with kimchi.
