Microsoft's 13.5" Surface Laptop 3 has taken it a step further in terms of its premium design and overall great build quality, but there's something that's seriously holding it back..

The Surface Laptop 3 that we tested features an all-metal design that looks and feels awesome! The keyboard feels pretty standard, and the trackpad works very well.
We were also impressed by the volume of the speakers, even though they're hidden beneath the keyboard.
The display was pretty decent for the price, but there was definitely one big issue with it.
The Intel 10th gen 10nm Ice Lake processor really impressed us in terms of performance!
We're glad Microsoft added a USB-C port this year, but they honestly should have taken it a step further. More on that in the video!
