Designed a level using the level editor provided in the game ‘Volume’ by Bithell Games. I really appreciate it when developers add level editing tools to their games! They're almost always fun to learn and create with!
The theme of this level is ‘Heist’. Once the player collects all the gems in the level, an exit beam is activated that the player will need to step into, to complete the level.
The player must collect keys along the way to unlock doors, without which they will be unable to complete the level. Each locked door needs a different number of keys to unlock.
The goal of the player is to collect all the gems in the level without being spotted by the guards that are on tight patrols, and then step into the final exit beam as soon as possible.
The level is meant for players with a beginner to intermediate skill level with an experience of about 3-4 hours in the game.
