Hi,
i found it interesting how the captor X sounds compared to my usual preproduction setup with just one microphone and thought i do a quick comparison track and finally i put it in a video. This is not meant to demonstrate that you can do something big sounding nor it is meant to show how equal something is.

Keep in mind that there is no "Fat" Production stuff going on here.
The Captor X is all Flat 4x12 stock vintage 30 with SM57 and MD421 where on the real cabinet i did not pay much attention where the mic is placed.
It is really just meant to hear how easy it is to get some good basis out of both.
I wish i had a SM57 but for now the t.Bone is good enough for this neighborhood
- The Guitars are just one left and one right. Each individually played for the captor and for the microphone.
- The Ampsettings are exactly those from the video
- The Guitars join a group and then on this group i only set a low cut at 120HZ and a highcut at 11 kHz
- The captor was driven a bit harder that the speaker
