The Pretty Vulgar Detox and Chill Lava Water Foundation Primer has a lot of moisturizing ingredients in their primer and it applies quite smoothly. if you have dry skin the new Pretty Vulgar Primer might be one to try. The one thing I noticed is that for me, this didn't do much to extend makeup wear time, which might be disappointing if you are looking for this from a primer. the Pretty Vulgar Detox and Chill Lava Water Foundation Primer does give you a smooth base for applying foundation and makeup. The one thing I didn't really like is the cooling effect from a couple of the ingredients. some people like this but I'm not a fan of that.
