Every day looks different, but making sure I’m having anti-inflammatory foods that make me feel good is always my priority.
Before breakfast: LEAN Foods de-bloat daily greens on an empty stomach. With 7 strains of pre and probiotics, digestive enzymes, superfoods, botanical extracts, vits and minerals.
Breakfast: Banana superfood protein shake to stay lean + skin glow.
Lunch: Mango & mint anti-inflammatory salad with prawns, couscous, onions, parsley & extra virgin olive oil. The mint promotes the digestive system by stimulating digestive enzymes. The other ingredients are high in Vitamin C, antioxidants & anti-inflammatory markers, & of course protein rich.
Snack: Carrot sticks with a beetroot hummus dip
Dinner: Whole grain pasta with LEAN Foods mediterranean superfood topper and a side of broccoli and asparagus.
Dessert: Protein yogurt with granola, almond butter and dark chocolate.
