Easy and Spicy Vegetable Pasta Recipe | Spicy Macaroni | Kids Lunch Box Recipe
Vegetable Pasta
Ingredients:
Pasta 1 packet (400g)
Oil 4 tablespoon
Capsicum 1 Cup (chopped)
Carrot 1 Cup (chopped)
Sweet Corn 1/2 Cup
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Soya Sauce 4 tablespoon
Chill Sauce 6 tablespoon
Red Chilli Flakes 1 teaspoon
Pasta Water 1 Cup (when you boil pasta,takeout 1 cup before you strain it)
Tomato Ketchup according to taste
Method:
Boil the Pasta according to packet instructions and keep aside.
Add oil,capsicum,carrot,sweet corn,salt and black pepper in a pan and cook for few minutes.
Add pasta,soya sauce,chilli sauce,red chilli powder and pasta water and cook for another few minutes.
Pasta is ready,dish it out and pour some ketchup on top.
