This is my loose interpretation of a famous French political cartoon depicting the plight of the Third Estate under the control of the First and Second Estate.
The music is, however, is not French. It is an excerpt from Mozart's Menuetto (Temo Con Variazioni) from Divertimento No.11 In D, K.251 "Nannerl-Septett" as performed by the Academy Of Ancient Music Chamber Ensemble, Academy of St. Martin in the Fields Chamber Ensemble, Denis Vigay, Kenneth Sillito, Malcolm Latchem, Nicholas Hill, Stephen Shingles & Timothy Brown.
