This isn't the first time i've seen falls like this, and i've certainly felt the grip go for me on these sometimes.
The biggest problem is this is on a corner, you have to take it at a bad angle as it is and it is extremely dangerous due to the dips in the paving.
On the other side of the bridge on the newly opened CS5 there are several sections of this again on corners. I know that one day I will see someone come off on these.
