Recipe :
1. Warm milk 250 milliliters
2. Yeast - 10 grams
3. Warm water - 250 milliliters.
4. Vanilla sugar
5. Salt - 1 tablespoon
6. Sugar - 3 tablespoons
7. Butter - 50 grams.
8. Flour 700-750 grams.
9. Knead the dough well.
10. To make the dough come up, put it in a warm place for 40 minutes.

13. Divide the dough into 18 pieces. Roll up the balls.

15. Pour 1 tablespoon of soda into boiling water.
16. Dip the buns in boiling water for 25 seconds on each side.
17. We take out our buns on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment.
18. Make 2 longitudinal cuts and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
19. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
