"Cutlets from zucchini"
1. Stuffing - 200 g.
(Any);
2. Zucchini - 500g.
(seedless) ;
3. Egg - 2 pcs. ;
4. Semolina - 2 tbsp ;
5. Salt - 1 tsp
(taste) ;
6. Ground pepper
(taste) ;
7. Sunflower oil for frying;
8. Flour for obvalakivaniya.
Squash rub on a small tertku on salt and
leave to let the juice of zucchini. After
like zucchini let the juice, juice is good to press on zucchini. Before zucchini add beef, eggs, semolina, salt and pepper, all peremishat until smooth. To form patties, roll in flour and fry
rozogretoy on a pan in sunflower oil until
readiness.
