In this episode of Urban Exploring, Katie and I will be taking you for a tour through this once beautiful, but now forgotten split level home that was built in 1979; and now has been abandoned for a couple of years. Located in a busy city, on a very large property, this location would be considered prime real estate and has since been sold for land value to have the property redeveloped. Inside, the house retains all of its 1970's charm, with huge fireplaces, a retro bar, and retro tile selection throughout the house. Outside, this house once had a beautiful multi-level deck, as well as a large inground pool, which unfortunately were all recently removed. Join Katie and I for a step back in time as we visit this 1970's relic that surely has little time left!
