- - Today we’re going to talk about sound transmission class rating and why its so important for you. Your room technically should be two rooms. There should be a room and then a room within that room. You want to keep all the energy that’s in your room to stay in the room (and be managed with treatment) and you want all the energy being produced outside the room from coming into your room. So how do you do that practically given most people don't have that luxury?
