In the last story, we learned about Esther - how God used her to save all the Jews. At the end of the story, we had a question for you. How did Mordecai encourage Esther when she was scared? Mordecai, Esther's cousin, said to Esther, "Perhaps you were made queen just for this moment!" He reminded Esther of her unique position to save God's people. And Esther? She bravely agreed to try. What a courageous woman! May God give us courage in scary times. Over the past few weeks, we have learned about God's creation, Adam and Eve, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Ruth, David, Elijah, Daniel, and Esther. Today, we are going to hear about a special person's birth.
