Rob demonstrates the assembling of his Shrimp & Grits in the kitchen of his Woodstock restaurant, Freight Kitchen & Tap.
He sauces the shrimp, okra, and andouille sausage with the cajun seasoning sauce over a high flame. He wants to sear the sausage, and cook the shrimp and okra. He adds the sliced cherry tomatoes at the end right before he tops the grits and smoked tomato broth combination that he put in the bowl first. Yummy!
