In this video I talk about my experience being a seller on Fiverr for 1 week. I take a closer look at what I did in those 7 days, how many order I got, and just how much money I walked away with at the end.

Day 1:
Day 1 was all about getting my profile and gigs set up. I wanted everything to look as professional as possible so I could get the most amount of costumers. I ended up creating 4 gigs, 3 of which were dealing with my background in computer engineering and coding. The 4th gig was a proof-reading and editing gig which I made just to have something else for people to buy!
Day 2:
The second day was very uneventful with no messages and no orders.
I was pretty bummed, but began sending offers through the buyers request tab on Fiverr.
Day 3:
On the third day I finally got my first order! This order was for tech support. The person wanted me to extract their android backup files (which I figured out how to due thanks to a youtube video!). I completed this order and made my first $5! Well, not really... Fiverr took $1 leaving me with $4.
Day 4:
Day 4 started with a few scam messages and no new opportunities. With the day coming to a close, surprisingly, I got another real job which was for proof-reading and editing.
Day 5:
At the beginning of the 5th day, I had got all the the details figured out with the buyer for the second order. He wanted me to proof-read and edit 66 pages, in 4 days, for $20. I know that this wasn't worth my time, but I had to build credibility on my account and got the job done! The buyer was very generous and left a $25 tip on top!
Day 6 & 7:
On the last two days, nothing happened. I sent out a lot of offers through the buyers request tab, but got no responses. No new jobs and nothing to do...
Final Results:
I was genuinely surprised by the results. At the end of the 7 days, I had completed 2 gigs worth $50! I only got to keep $40 because Fiverr keeps 20% of all earnings. In my mind this was a great success. I'm now up $40 and have the beginnings to a good side hustle.
