Gamecock fans have voted for the Top 10 Moments of the Spurrier Era at South Carolina as the Head Ball Coach gets ready for his 10th season with the Gamecocks. We’re counting down the fans’ top 10 and here is No. 5. With the SEC Eastern Division title in the balance, the Gamecocks traveled to The Swamp late in the 2010 season. After giving up a touchdown on the opening kickoff, Carolina, behind the 212-yard effort from Marcus Lattimore, bulldozed the 22nd-ranked Florida Gators by a 36-14 score, securing the first Eastern Division title in school history.
